DeepCool respects your right to privacy. This is the Privacy Policy for deepcool.com (“Site”). This Privacy Notice explains who we are, how we collect, share, use and disclose personal information about you, and how you can exercise your privacy rights.
This Privacy Notice only applies to personal information that we collect through our website at www.deepcool.com (“Website”) and/or promotional programs(it does not apply to information collected by any third party). We may translate this Privacy Policy into other languages for your convenience. Nevertheless, the Chinese version governs your relationship with DeepCool, and any inconsistencies among the different versions will be resolved in favor of the Chinese version available here.
Please review this Privacy Policy carefully. By registering and using this Site, including, without limitation, signing up for offers and/or continuing to receive information from Company, you signify your acceptance of this Policy, and you expressly consent to our use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is subject to the Terms of Use posted on the Site. If you do not agree to the terms of this Policy, in whole or part, you should not use this Site or otherwise provide us with your personal information and should instantly cancel your registration (if you have signed up) by following the directions in the section "Opting-Out of Further Communications:"
Children
You must be 14 years of age or older to access or use our Services. We do not knowingly collect or maintain the personal information of children under the age of 14. Anyone under the age of 14 is not permitted to access or use the Services and must not attempt to register an account or submit any personal information to us. We will take appropriate steps to delete the personal information of persons under the age of 14.
Types of information collected

It also applies to any information we collect from the operation and use of Products we sell while connected to the This Privacy Policy does not apply to information collected by any third party, including through any application or content that may link to or be accessible from the DeepCool Services.
Additionally, when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers or PayPal account data), email address, and phone number. Similarly, we collect information from you when you submit a contact us form or sign up for our email list through the Site. We refer to this information as “Customer Information.”
When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Customer Information.

Registration
Anyone completing and submitting any or part of the forms on the Site is considered a “registrant.” When you register with Company, you automatically allow registration in any and all of the other sites in the Company’s network (collectively, the "Network Sites"). Accordingly, we may share registrant personal identifiable information ("PII") with the Network Sites.
Collection of Information
Company only gathers personal identifiable information ("PII") that is volunteered during the registration process or in response to specific information requests. · submit an application to join the DeepCool affiliate program; and
· ‘follow’, ‘like’, post to or interact with our social media accounts, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch, Steam, Reddit, Discord, and Google+.
Use of Information
We use your PII and non-personal information for internal purposes, such as to provide you with the Site and services, to notify you of new products or services, and to otherwise communicate with you.
To the extent third parties may place advertising on the Site, such third parties may utilize cookies or other tracking technologies. We are not responsible for information collected by third parties in this manner, nor for the collection or use of information by other sites to which the Site is linked.
By providing PII and other information to this Site, registrant fully understands and expressly consents to the collection and use of such information and the transfer of such information to Network Sites and other parties, in accordance with the terms of this Policy.

o To process and facilitate transactions and payments, and to collect and recover money owed to us (on the basis of performing our contract with you and on the basis of our legitimate interest to recover debts due).
o To provide technical customer support and respond to user inquiries (on the basis of our contract with you or on the basis of our legitimate interests to provide you with customer service), to deal with enquiries or complaints about the Service and share your information with our website developer, IT support provider, and payment services provider as necessary to provide customer support (on the basis of our legitimate interest in providing the correct products and services to our Service users and to comply with our legal obligations).
o To manage our relationship with you, which will include notifying you about changes to our terms of use or Privacy Policy, and asking you to leave a review or take a survey (on the basis of performing our contract with you, to comply with our legal obligations and on the basis of our legitimate interests to keep our records updated and study how our websites and services are used)

o Where relevant (e.g. where you are a DeepCool Affiliate, or one of our partners/collaborators, to contact you and manage and facilitate our business relationship with you and your employer (on the basis of performing our contract with you and our legitimate interest in developing our business relationship).
o To enable you to take part in prize draws, competitions and surveys (on the basis of performing our contract with you and our legitimate interest in studying how our websites and services are used, to develop them and grow our business).
o To process any job applications you submit to us, whether directly or via an agent or recruiter including sharing this with our third party recruitment agency (on the basis of our legitimate interest to recruit new employees or contractors).
o To keep in contact with you about our news, events, new Service features, and products or services that we believe may interest you, provided that we have the requisite permission to do so, and sharing your information with our marketing services provider (either on the basis of your consent where we have requested it, or our legitimate interests to provide you with marketing communications where we may lawfully do so).
o To deliver relevant website content and advertisements to you and measure or understand the effectiveness of the advertising we serve to you (on the basis of our legitimate interests in studying how our websites/services are used, to develop them, to grow our business and to inform our marketing strategy).

o To use data analytics to improve our Service and products, marketing, customer relationships and experiences (on the basis of our legitimate interests in defining types of customers for our websites and services, to keep our websites updated and relevant, to develop our business and to inform our marketing strategy).

· Special category information: “special categories” of particularly sensitive personal information (this includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health and genetic and biometric data) and information about criminal convictions and offences requires higher levels of protection. We need to have further justification for collecting, storing and using this type of personal information. We have in place an appropriate policy document and safeguards which we are required by law to maintain when processing such data. We process special categories of personal information:

Sharing Information
Company reserves the right to use registrant PII: (1) as disclosed at the time such information is provided and (2) as disclosed in this Policy.
We DO NOTrent, sell, or otherwise share your PII and non-personal information for any purpose other than those limited purposes described herein. Those limited purposes may include sharing such information with Network Sites and vendors who need the information to process and fulfill customer transactions.
By clicking a submit button or taking other action on the Site to make a purchase and providing personal information on or through the Site, you agree:

Security, Fraud, and Abuse:
This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. Company regularly reviews these measures to better protect you. However, we do not and cannot guarantee the security or integrity of the information, and we have no liability for breaches of said security or integrity or third-party interception in transit. Opting-Out of Further Communications:
Site registrants may opt-out of receiving further communications from Company. Registrants may, at any time, choose not to receive promotional emails from Company or Network Sites by (1) following the "unsubscribe" instructions in any such e-mail received by registrant, or (2) writing to support05@deepcool.com.
Note that unsubscribing from one email list does not automatically unsubscribe you from any other email list that you may be on. Please read the email carefully to find out which list you are unsubscribing from.
Registrants also may opt out of receiving telephone calls from Company or Network Sites with whom we have shared your information by requesting to be placed on its company-specific do-not-call list.
Mobile Services
Any information we obtain from you in connection with any mobile service, including SMS services, may include your name, address, mobile phone number, your mobile service provider's name, and the date, time, and content of your messages. In addition to any fee we may charge, your mobile service provider's standard messaging rates apply to our confirmation and all subsequent SMS correspondence. All charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. We will not be liable for any delays in the receipt of any SMS messages, as delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator. SMS message services are provided on an AS IS basis. You may opt out of mobile services via email to support05@deepcool.com or by sending "STOP", "END", "QUIT" to the SMS text message you have received. However, such opting out will not apply to any communications from our other website offerings you have registered for or from the Network Sites to whom we may have already provided your information.
Account Information:
When you create a DeepCool account, we store and use the information you provide during that process, such as the first and last name you enter, email address, zip code, physical address, and any other information you may provide during the account creation process, such as a gender, phone number, or birth date. We may publicly display the first name and last initial that you provide, as well as any photo or other content you submit through the account creation process, as part of your account profile. We also store and use any preferences you provide to personalize your user experience, including dining and activity preferences. You can later modify some of the account information you provide through your account settings. If you believe that someone has created an unauthorized account using your personal information, you can request its removal by flagging it.
Links to Other Sites:
The Site may contain links to other sites or allow others to send you such links. A link to a third party’s site does not mean we endorse it or are affiliated with it. We exercise no control over third-party sites and are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites. Your access to such third-party sites or content is at your own risk. You should always read the privacy policy of a third-party site before providing any information to the site.
Transfer In Certain Circumstances:
In its sole discretion, Company may transfer, sell or assign information collected on and through this Site, including without limitation, PII and other registrant-provided information, to one or more third parties, as a result of the sale, merger, consolidation, change in control, transfer of substantial assets, reorganization or liquidation of Company and/or Network Sites.
International Data Transfers
Your personal information may be transferred to, and processed in, countries other than the country in which you are resident. These countries may have data protection laws that are different to the laws of your country (and, in some cases, may not be as protective).
Specifically, our Website servers are located in the People’s Republic of China, and our group companies and third-party service providers and partners operate around the world. This means that when we collect your personal information, we may process it in any of these countries.
However, we have taken appropriate safeguards to require that your personal information will remain protected in accordance with this Privacy Notice.
Our Binding Corporate Rules / Standard Contractual Clauses can be provided on request. We have implemented similar appropriate safeguards with our third-party service providers and partners.
